Envoy Air Inc. at Indianapolis International Airport is hiring Ramp Agents for an entry-level role with paid on-the-job training and a fast-growing team focused on top-notch customer service.

Load, unload and sort freight and baggage, lift up to 75 pounds, and work outdoors in all weather. We offer both full-time and part-time positions, with benefits and shift flexibility to help you grow in your transportation career.

Qualifications

• Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
• 18 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload and sort freight, mail and baggage in a safe manner while also achieving on-time departures and arrivals.
• No need for a gym membership as you will be getting your workout in by lifting luggage throughout your shift.
• Ability to cruise on the tarmac in our company vehicles while getting the bags to their destination.
• Tired of being stuck inside all day? As a Ramp Agent, you will enjoy the fresh air while working outside in all weather conditions.
• This is not a repetitive 9-5 job. Our shifts may vary and include irregular and/or extended hours, weekends, and holidays.
