Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking courageous teammates to join our ramp operations in Charlotte, NC. You will marshal aircraft, load/unload baggage, and assist de-icing and inspections as part of a hands-on ground services team.

The role requires lifting up to 70 lbs, working varied shifts including nights/weekends/holidays, and prior credentials as per airport requirements. Full-time benefits include insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state/customs.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Marshall all arriving, departing, and towed aircraft on the ramp.
• Perform wing walker duties to protect the aircraft wing from equipment.
• Load, unload, sort and transfer passenger baggage, airmail, freight and company material.
• Operate ramp equipment like bag tugs, belt loaders, aircraft tow tractors, water servicing vehicles.
• May perform cabin service duties such as servicing aircraft and restocking supplies.
• Adhere to safety procedures and policies.
• Complete work safely and report hazards per company policy.
