Job summary

Piedmont Airlines, Inc. is seeking a Ramp Agent in Middletown Township, PA to support baggage handling and aircraft servicing on the outdoor ramp. You will load/unload baggage, drive service vehicles, guide and park aircraft, perform cabin tasks, and assist with de-icing in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires completion of the ramp training course and strong teamwork, communication, and customer-service orientation, with shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of Ramp Agent training course.
• Ability to meet company goals and customer expectations in a high energy environment.
• Effective communication skills.
• Previous airline experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications.

The primary responsibility of the position is baggage handling and servicing aircraft in a fast-paced outdoor airport environment. Ramp Agents are expected to keep both the company goals and customer expectations in mind when completing their daily tasks. The successful candidate will successfully complete the Ramp Agent training course.
