Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC in Jacksonville, FL is seeking motivated candidates for a ramp agent role. You will marshal aircraft, load and unload baggage, de-ice when required, and operate ramp equipment such as belt loaders and tow tractors. No experience is required; paid training is provided.

This full-time position offers weekly pay for hourly workers, benefits including medical, dental and vision, a 401k plan, paid time off, and flight privileges after 30 days for you and eligible family members.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Marshall all arriving, departing, and towed aircraft on the ramp.
• Perform wing walker duties to protect the aircraft wing from equipment.
• Load, unload, sort and transfer baggage, airmail, freight and company material.
• Operate ramp equipment like bag tugs, belt loaders, tow tractors and servicing vehicles.
• May be assigned cabin service duties like servicing the aircraft and restocking supplies.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner following company standards.
• Immediately report safety and security incidents and hazards.
