Job summary

Piedmont Airlines, Inc. is hiring a Ramp Agent to support ground handling operations at Kansas City.

You will assist with baggage handling, aircraft servicing, and operating service vehicles in an outdoor airport environment, delivering safe, reliable service. This role requires the ability to work in shifts including nights, weekends and holidays, pass training, and communicate effectively with team members and customers.

• Responsible for below-the-wing servicing of the aircraft
• Load and unload baggage and cargo

• Guide and park aircraft
• Perform cabin maintenance tasks
• De-ice aircraft
• Work as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives
