Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC is seeking individuals to join our growing team in the San Francisco area. You will marshal aircraft on the ramp, load and unload baggage, and perform a variety of ramp and cabin service duties. Paid training is provided for all new employees, and flight privileges are available after a qualifying period.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance in rotating shifts, with full-time benefits and opportunities to grow within the aviation services industry.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state/customs.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Marshalling arriving, departing, and towed aircraft on the ramp.
• Perform wing walker duties to protect aircraft wings during pushback and de-ice as needed.
• Load, unload, sort and transfer passenger baggage, air mail, freight and company materials.
• Operate ramp equipment (bag tugs, belt loaders, tow tractors, servicing vehicles).
• May perform cabin service duties, including cleaning lavatories and restocking supplies.
• Adhere to safety procedures and policies; report hazards promptly.
• Complete tasks safely following company standards and policies.
