Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC in Santa Barbara, CA seeks ramp staff to marshal aircraft, load and unload baggage, and perform safety checks on the ramp.

No experience is required; paid training is provided. Work involves rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and overtime in outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state requirements.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Marshal all arriving, departing, and towed aircraft on the ramp.
• Load, unload, sort and transfer baggage and company material on and off aircraft bins, belt loaders or baggage carts.
• Operate ramp equipment like bag tugs, belt loaders, aircraft tow tractors, water servicing vehicles and lavatory servicing vehicles.
• May perform cabin service duties like cleaning lavatories and cabin and restocking supplies.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and report hazards promptly.
