Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field; 4+ years of relevant RAM experience or Master’s with 2+ years.
• Experience conducting RAM analyses (MTTR, MTBF, FMEA, RBD, FRACAS) across complex systems.
• Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams in a high-stakes environment.
• Experience with DoD/NASA/DARPA programs and security clearances is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop reliability artifacts across the system life cycle, including MTTR, MTBF, and FMEA.
• Create reliability reports, safety analyses, and RAM-related documentation for reviews.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and interface with customers during design reviews.
• Contribute to Model-Based Systems Engineering discussions and RAM process improvements.
