Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with a Class 1 Railroad or similar entities.
• Willingness to travel extensively and complete trainings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities at the job site.
• Communicate with dispatchers, train crews, and contractors.
• Lead safety briefings before work and enforce rules.
• Ensure contractors meet training requirements.
• Complete daily activity reports and maintain on-track safety.
