Responsibilities include railcar inspections, repairs per current procedures, customer support, clerical duties, and maintaining certifications with knowledge of AAR rules. This is a full-time, hourly position with pay between $22.46 and $27.18 per hour.

• Must have mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and decide.
• Must handle basic railcar repairs and inspections.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Must follow safety procedures and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Railcar Repair – follows current repair procedures and inspects cars for compliance.
• Customer Support – ensures customer satisfaction with work performed.
• Clerical – completes invoicing, inspection, and work order information.
• Maintains certifications and is familiar with AAR rules and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
