PSC Group is seeking a Railcar Repair Technician to join our on-site team in the United States. You will read work orders, follow blueprints, and perform repairs using welding, cutting, and gouging techniques while maintaining safety and quality.

No prior experience required, on-the-job training provided; valid driving credentials or TWIC may be needed depending on location. Applicants must be 18+, pass drug screens, and be fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Experience is a plus but not required; paid on-the-job training available.
• May require a valid Driver’s License and/or a valid TWIC card depending on location.
• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.
• Wear all required PPE and pass medical exams as required.
• Speak, write, read fluent English.
• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality required.
• Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.

Responsabilités

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Interprets job work orders and follows blueprints / schematics to perform required repairs
• Utilizes basic mechanical skills and builds knowledge of machines and tools to weld, cut and gouge
• Notifies of any materials and/or equipment required to ensure completion of job tasks
• Follows all safety rules, keeps work area clean and complies with all ARS Environmental Health and Safety Policies
• Ensures AAR, ARS and customer quality assurance standards are met
• Completes any other duties as assigned in order to complete the task

Job Qualifications:
