Job summary

PSC Group is seeking full-time Railcar Repair Technicians to safely handle heavy equipment, railcars, and tracks while performing repairs. Build a stable, long-term career with a company that puts employees first. On-site day shift with some weekends required.

Qualifications

• English fluency required (speaking, reading, writing).
• U.S. work authorization; 18+ years old.
• Pass a drug screen, medical exam and background check.
• Driver’s License and/or TWIC may be required, depending on location.
• On-site attendance and punctuality required.
• Previous military experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interprets work orders and follows blueprints to perform repairs.
• Welds, cuts and gouges using basic mechanical skills.
• Notifies of materials or equipment needed to complete tasks.
• Follows safety rules and ARS health and safety policies.
• Ensures AAR, ARS and customer quality standards are met.
• Completes other duties as assigned to finish the task.
