Job summary

PSC Group is hiring a Team Leader in the United States. This full-time role emphasizes servant leadership, developing others, and delivering top performance in a safety-driven environment. You will lead on-site teams, ensure safe practices, and coordinate training and coaching to drive operational excellence.

Strong candidates will have prior lead experience, be fluent in English, and pass background checks. On-site work with possible driver’s/licensing requirements applies across locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a lead position (e.g. leadman, team leader, foreman, supervisor).
• TWIC card or valid Driver's License may be required depending on location.
• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.
• Speak, write, read fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Ensures employees have knowledge, training, tools, and equipment for safe, accurate work.
• Participates in safety meetings and training to model leadership.
• Performs safety observations to maintain high visibility with staff and customers.
• Oversees on-the-job training aligning with PSC and customer practices.
• Provides coaching to support employee growth and accountability.
• Reviews procedures, redlines updates, and communicates changes to leadership.
• Performs other duties to support team performance and operations.
