Job summary

Precision Terminal Logistics LLC is seeking a Loader to assist with loading and unloading materials, following strict safety protocols. The role requires physical strength, reliable teamwork, and clear communication in English.

You will wear PPE, handle equipment, and perform daily safety checks in outdoor environments. The successful candidate will adapt to varying shifts, complete documentation, and collaborate with management to maintain schedules and safe operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Physical strength and stamina for manual tasks.
• Attention to safety protocols and procedures.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Wear PPE and use proper tools for safe task completion.
• Safely climb railcars, trailers, or elevated platforms using three-point contact.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 80 pounds with proper technique.
• Perform tasks requiring standing, bending, stooping, and squatting.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Maintain required documentation and incident reporting.
• Communicate safety concerns and verification updates verbally with team.
• Collaborate with management to follow schedules and improve efficiency.
• Follow procedures for safe handling and storage of materials, including hazardous substances when applicable.
• Participate in daily safety meetings and complete maintenance on equipment when needed.
• Perform housekeeping duties as required.
