Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for major rail and transit programs.
• Establish an integrated program management framework across disciplines.
• Define delivery strategies, governance, and performance objectives.
• Lead mobilization activities and ensure readiness for delivery.
• Oversee safety, regulatory compliance, and risk management across the program.
• Manage client relationships, contracts, budgets, and procurement.
