Railserve is hiring a dependable Rail Switching Technician in New Martinsville, WV to support nightly operations at an outdoor facility. Responsibilities

• Control movement using radio, hand signals, and lanterns.
• Couple/uncouple railcars; handle air hoses and wheel chocks.
• Apply/release hand brakes to secure equipment.
• Monitor track conditions and hazards.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Perform routine lubrication and basic maintenance.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE.
• Perform additional duties as assigned
