A leading construction company is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to support a multi-year rail project based out of Eau Claire, WI. This role involves coordinating resources, schedules, and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or similar, with a preference for rail/bridge experience. The position offers a salary range of $85,000 to $110,000, along with various benefits including insurance, retirement plans, and educational assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of previous rail/bridge experience preferred.
• Experience in formwork and falsework engineering.
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed.
• Previous experience working with document controls.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Work Activity Plans (WAP) are completed.
• Oversee and review WAPs.
• Manage project cost control and material inventory.
• Assist with project planning and scheduling.
