You will read production prints and use hand tools to perform sanding and assembly tasks in a safe, indoor manufacturing setting.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work overtime or weekends as needed to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure and production prints.
• Experience using hand tools and small shop equipment.
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred (2+ years ideal).
• Strong work ethic and positive, team-first attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting, etc.) throughout the shift.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Indoor manufacturing environment with occasional exposure to varying conditions.
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Responsibilities

• Inspect rails and finished products for defects.
• Sand and remove minor imperfections.
• Operate hand tools and the Rail Brush Machine.
• Read production schedules and prints.
• Move and place rails in storage and shipping racks.
• Follow all safety procedures and promote a safe work environment.
