You will coordinate labor, tools and materials, ensuring quality and timely track improvements while maintaining strong relations with internal and external customers. The role requires prior supervisory experience, knowledge of Maintenance of Way practices, and comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Maintenance of Way standards.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Familiar with and able to apply safety rules and procedures.
• Self-motivated with good communication skills.
• Work outdoors in inclement weather.
• Available 24/7/365.

Responsibilities
