We’re hiring motivated people to join the PRS team at the Norfolk Southern Rutherford Rail Yard in Harrisburg, PA.

What You’ll Do

• Drive jockey trucks and move trailers, containers, & chassis around the yard.
• Climb on and off railcars, help the cranes, and keep the trains rolling.
• Work outdoors, stay active, and see real results every shift.
• Be part of something essential – when we stop, the country feels it!

• Start at $20.50/hr Overtime at $30.75/hr.
• Automatic raise on Aug 1, 2026 and another after 6 months.
• Hit $22.44/hr after your first year.
• Most drivers easily clear $55k–$70k+ a year with OT (many make even more!).

Shifts We’re Hiring For Right Now

• 06:00 PM Start.
• 10:00 PM Start.

5 days/week, 8-hour shifts + mandatory overtime required (up to 12-hours per day). Yes, weekends & holidays are part of the schedule – that’s how you max out your paycheck! Remember, the Railroad operates 24/7/365.
