Responsibilities

• Complete required pre-employment screenings and training

This is a second shift opportunity - 2pm-12:30am M-ThOperations of fabrication equipment in work cellSaw, Mill, Baliegh, Winton Bender, and Mid Rail Crusher in manual and automaticLoad and unload rail robotAssist in training employees in the work center with current knowledge baseMandatory overtime when business conditions require itAdherence to the attendance policyAll other duties as requiredExperience: 2+ years of fabrication experience or training is requiredBlueprint Reading: Proficiency in reading blueprints and using fixtures, jigs, clamps, and quality inspection tools is essential.Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects (100+ lbs.) and perform various physical tasks such as bending, stooping, sitting, walking, twisting, and standing.Professionalism: Conduct yourself in a professional, safe, and businesslike manner while maintaining a highly motivated, positive, and collaborative attitude.Reliability: Can make the daily commute to Spring Park, MN and maintain good attendance.Pre-employment Requirements: Successful completion of a pre-employment background check, full panel drug screening, and physical work simulation.Training: Completion of necessary training requirements provided by Safety Rail Co.
