The role offers flexible hours, with both full-time and part-time opportunities. A valid state driver’s license, being at least 21, and successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check are required.

Qualifications

• No high school diploma, GED, or resume required.
• Flexible hours and varying schedules.
• Minimum age of 21.
• Current valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
• Live within 30-minute distance of location preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Adhere to Hallcon's safe driving standards.
• Communicate effectively in English (written and spoken).
• Flexible hours and varying schedules (not scheduled).
