Job summary

Professional Transportation, Inc. (PTI) is seeking a PTI Van Driver in Fitzgerald, GA to safely transport railroad crew members where needed. No prior professional driving experience required, and trip lengths vary by client.

Starting pay is $14.00 per hour for DYV drivers and $15.00 per hour for OTR drivers. The role emphasizes safety, on-time performance, customer service, and opportunities for growth within PTI.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Minimum of 3 years driving experience (personal or work).

Responsibilities

• Promoting and practicing safety awareness.
• Prioritize on time performance to meet customer needs.
• Pickup and drop off our customers safely to their destinations.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate timely with our Dispatch Center.
• Open and close all doors/hatches for the crew members.
• Report any defects, mechanical problems, or missing items found during vehicle inspection to your supervisor.
• Promote and follow all company policies and procedures.
• All other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
