Job summary

Professional Transportation, Inc. in Portland, OR is seeking part-time Crew Transport Drivers to join our team. As a PTI Van Driver, you will safely transport railroad crews to their destinations, with trip lengths varying by customer needs.

No prior professional driving experience required. Starting pay ranges from $16.80 to $17.85 per hour depending on driver type, with company vehicles and fuel provided during trips, plus benefits and room for growth.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Minimum of 3 years driving experience (personal or work-related).
• Pass post-offer drug screening, MVR, and homeland security background check.
• Arrive to branch location within 30 minutes for on-time performance.

Responsibilities

• Promoting and practicing safety awareness.
• Prioritize on time performance to meet customer needs.
• Pick up and drop off customers safely to their destinations.
• Provide excellent customer service; communicate timely with Dispatch Center.
• Open and close all doors/hatches for crew members.
• Report any defects or mechanical problems found during vehicle inspection to supervisor.
• Promote and follow all company policies and procedures.
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
