Job summary

Hallcon is looking for drivers in Wisconsin to safely transport railroad crews to assigned locations. No CDL is required; Hallcon provides the vehicle, fuel, and insurance, plus comprehensive training to get you on the road quickly.

We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with holiday pay and paid training. Candidates must be at least 21, hold a valid state driver’s license, and be able to communicate in English. Pre-employment drug screen and background check are required.

• Safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle.
• Adhere to Hallcon's safe driving standards.
• Flexible hours and varying schedules (not scheduled).
• Minimum age of 21 and a current valid state-issued driver's license.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check.
