Job summary

Hallcon is hiring drivers to transport railroad crews without a CDL. Hallcon provides the vehicle, fuel, insurance, and training; you focus on safe driving and reliable service.

Starting pay is $11.70 per hour with flexible full-time and part-time schedules. Requirements include being at least 21, holding a valid state license, passing pre-employment drug screen and background check, and basic English communication.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Current valid state driver’s license.
• Preferably live within 30-minute distance of the location.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Utilize navigation tools effectively.
• Adhere to Hallcon's safe driving standards.
• Communicate and write in English.
• Flexible hours and varying schedules (not scheduled).
