Job summary

Hallcon is hiring drivers in Ohio without a CDL. Hallcon provides the vehicle, fuel, insurance and training, so you can sit, buckle up, and drive safely. No CDL is required and no resume is needed.

You will transport railroad crews to assigned locations, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, use navigation tools, and follow safety standards. Flexible hours and varying schedules apply. Pay starts at $13.59 per hour; benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Holiday Pay and Paid

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old
• Current valid state driver’s license
• Preferably live within 30 minutes of the location
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required

Responsibilities

• Safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
• Utilize navigation tools effectively
• Adhere to Hallcon's safe driving standards
• Ability to communicate and write in English
• Flexible hours and varying schedules (not scheduled)
