Job summary

Professional Transportation Inc. is seeking Crew Transport Drivers in Los Angeles, CA. Starting pay is $18.84 per hour, with a $0.50 shift differential for qualifying shifts.

PTI provides company vehicles and fuel, health options, and opportunities for growth, with home daily and on-the-job training. Responsibilities include safe transport of railroad crew members, safety-first operations, punctuality, excellent customer service, and close coordination with Dispatch.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Have a minimum of 3 years driving experience.
• Pass post offer drug screening, MVR, and homeland security background check.
• Be able to arrive to the branch location within 30 minutes to ensure on-time performance.

Responsibilities

• Promote and practice safety awareness.
• Prioritize on-time performance to meet customer needs.
• Pick up and drop off customers safely to their destinations.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate timely with Dispatch Center.
• Open and close all doors/hatches for crew members.
• Report defects or issues found during vehicle inspection to supervisor.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
