Job summary

Professional Transportation, Inc. (PTI) is seeking motivated van drivers in Mitchell, SD to transport railroad crew members safely and efficiently on a part-time schedule.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with a potential up to $3.00 shift differential for qualifying shifts, and no prior professional driving experience is required. Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Minimum of 3 years driving experience (personal or work-related).
• Pass post-offer drug screening, MVR, and homeland security background check.

Responsibilities

• Promote and practice safety awareness to crew members and customers.
• Prioritize on-time performance to meet customer needs.
• Pick up and drop off railroad crew members safely at destinations.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate with Dispatch Center.
• Open and close doors/hatches for crew members and report defects found during inspections.
• Follow all company policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
