We require punctuality, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and MVR reviews. A valid license and English communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Minimum 3 years of verifiable driving experience.
• Clean driving record meeting insurance requirements.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Ability to pass a 3-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review.
• Ability to complete and pass a driving performance test.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to operate GPS and electronic timekeeping systems.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with federal, state, and local traffic laws.
• Transport railroad crews to designated destinations on time.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Report mechanical issues or vehicle concerns to the Branch Manager.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company and customer information.
• Follow all company safety policies and operational procedures.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by management.
