Job summary

Hallcon Corporation in Minnesota is seeking drivers for full-time or part-time roles that do not require a CDL. Hallcon provides the vehicle, fuel, insurance and comprehensive training so you can focus on safe driving and reliable service to railroad crews.

You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, navigate routes and adhere to safety standards while maintaining clear English communication. Flexible hours and varying schedules are available to fit your lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Preferably live within 30 minutes of the location.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport railroad crews to assigned locations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Use navigation tools effectively to plan routes.
• Adhere to Hallcon’s safe driving standards.
• Communicate in English, both spoken and written.
