Job summary

Hallcon is seeking drivers for transporting railroad crews to various locations in a role that does not require a CDL. The position offers start pay at $14.19 per hour with medical, dental, vision benefits, a 401k plan, holiday pay, and paid training.

No high school diploma, GED, or resume is required, and pre-employment drug screening and background checks are required. Opportunities exist for both full-time and part-time schedules with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 21.
• Current valid state-issued drivers license.
• Preferably live within a 30-minute distance of the location.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle.
• Utilize navigation tools effectively.
• Adhere to Hallcon's safe driving standards.
• Ability to communicate and write in English.
• Flexible hours and varying schedules (not scheduled).
