Hallcon Corporation is hiring drivers for safe, reliable transportation of railroad crews. No CDL is required; Hallcon provides the vehicle, fuel, insurance, and comprehensive training—you simply sit, buckle up, and drive safely.

This role offers both full-time and part-time schedules, paid training, benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k), holiday pay, and opportunities to work with railroads while using navigation tools and adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old
• Valid state-issued driver's license
• Preferably live within 30-minute distance of location
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

• Safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
• Utilize navigation tools effectively
• Adhere to Hallcon's safe driving standards
• Communicate and write in English
• Flexible hours and varying schedules
