Job summary

Protect Environmental is seeking a Mitigation Technician to install, repair and maintain radon mitigation systems. You will show customers how to operate equipment, troubleshoot, and build strong relationships while following company procedures.

The role requires flexibility, time management and teamwork in a field setting. Responsibilities include diagnostics, testing, and on-site installation tasks, with local daily travel and a focus on safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• NRPP certification for radon mitigation, or ability to obtain within timeline.
• Self-starter with a proven track record of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and install radon mitigation systems.
• Post installation testing and diagnostics of systems.
• Demonstrate to customers how to use the equipment.
• Provide great customer service and satisfaction.
• Document job details in accordance with company policy.
• Other duties as assigned.
