Job summary

NorthStar Medical Radioisotopes is hiring a manufacturing technician to join its radiopharmaceutical production team in Beloit, WI. You’ll support pre-production setup, manufacturing processes, and post-production records in a cleanroom environment, ensuring quality and compliance with cGMP standards.

The role requires an AS in a STEM discipline and, preferably, a BA/BS in a STEM field with related experience in cGMP or ISO environments.

Qualifications

AS in a STEM discipline; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline and minimum one year experience in cGMP/ISO/CLIA/ISO 9001 or AS9100 environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Execute various aspects of radiopharmaceutical manufacturing, including pre-production set-up, manufacturing processes, and post-production activities.
Assist in the accurate and timely preparation and completion of records related to manufacturing, including Batch Records, Forms, Log Books, etc.
Perform safety checks and routine inspection of the processing equipment, consumables, and cleanrooms to ensure effective production; notify leader of equipment or material issues.
Receive and track inventory of materials, consumables, and equipment; report deficiencies to the leader.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the cleanroom and manufacturing spaces, equipment, and materials per policies and procedures.
Support troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment and process issues, escalating manufacturing, safety, and compliance issues.
Support interdepartmental activities including production scale-up and continuous process improvement.
