Job summary

NorthStar Medical Radioisotopes is seeking a Radiopharmaceutical Manufacturing Specialist to support the production of radiopharmaceuticals, including setup, dissolution, and dispensing of medical radioisotopes in a regulated facility. The role emphasizes adherence to cGMP, quality systems, and safety protocols in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• AS in STEM with 2+ years of cGMP (pharmaceutical/medical device) or equivalent experience.
• BS in STEM with 2+ years of cGMP experience; CDMO/CMO, aseptic processes and equipment qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute radiopharmaceutical manufacturing tasks including pre-production setup, manufacturing, post-production activities and waste stream management.
• Assist in accurate and timely preparation of records (Batch Records, Forms, Logbooks, etc.).
• Review production Work Orders on the production schedule.
• Author, review and revise cGMP documents (Batch Production Records, SOPs, WI, Production Checklists) per QMS.
• Perform safety checks and routine inspection of equipment, consumables and cleanrooms to ensure compliant manufacturing.
• Maintain accurate inventory of materials and consumables; coordinate equipment traceability.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of cleanrooms and manufacturing spaces per policies.
• Work cross-functionally on root cause analysis and investigation techniques.
• Contribute to interdepartmental projects including scale-up and continuous improvement.
