Job summary

SpectronRx is hiring a Manufacturing Specialist in Indianapolis, IN to perform process manufacturing of radiopharmaceutical products, prepare production materials, and maintain equipment. The role supports GMP compliance, deviation investigations, CAPA, and regulatory submissions.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree with a minimum of two years in pharma manufacturing, strong analytical and writing skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 2+ years of related pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
• Pharmaceutical experience preferred; radiopharmaceuticals a plus.
• Excellent communication, analytical, computer/PC and technical writing skills.
• Ability to handle responsibilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out production responsibilities to meet manufacturing schedules.
• Perform chemistry manipulations for production in GMP environment.
• Ensure regulatory compliance of production protocols within manufacturing operations.
• Analytical methods and procedures for testing GMP manufactured radiopharmaceutical products.
• Prepare and submit required reports.
• Support deviation reports, OOS, root cause investigations and CAPA.
• Optimize and validate methods and procedures for radiopharmaceutical products.
• Assist with creating SOPs and regulatory submissions.
• Assist with waste management and general lab maintenance.
• May be required to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
