Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Nuclear Manufacturing operator to support the production of time sensitive radiopharmaceuticals in a regulated environment. The role involves synthesis setup, hot cell manipulations, and distribution of products to support patient treatment.

You will conduct quality control testing with specialized instruments, perform environmental monitoring in ISO rooms, and coordinate production runs while maintaining strict documentation and safety practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent (or equivalent work experience).

Responsibilities

• Manufactures radioactive isotopes including synthesis setup and hot cell manipulations.
• Conducts quality control testing of each batch using analytical instruments.
• Operates in ISO 7 cleanroom to produce product and customer vials.
• Performs environmental and personnel monitoring in ISO 5/7/8 environments.
• Coordinates daily production run schedules based on customer and pharmacy needs.
• Maintains daily production records and reports with strong documentation practices.
• Manages SAP Inventory including receiving materials and cycle counts.
• Performs daily radiation safety tasks and general lab cleaning.
