Job summary

RayzeBio is seeking a Project Engineer to support the ongoing expansion of radiopharmaceutical manufacturing and drug product development in Indianapolis. This early‑career role offers the chance to grow within a fast‑moving biotech environment backed by BMS resources.

You will coordinate schedules and budgets, apply core engineering principles, help design production lines, and support safety and documentation.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum 3 years of engineering experience, preferably in pharma.
• Experience coordinating capital projects is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in a radiation-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute capital and facility expansion projects for radiopharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion.
• Apply mechanical, electrical, and industrial engineering principles to projects.
• Support design and implementation of production lines and systems.
• Contribute to process automation to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to meet objectives.
• Ensure compliance with EHS and Radiation Safety programs.
• Draft and revise technical documents (SOPs, URSs, forms).
• Travel up to 15% to support project activities.
• Provide on-call support for critical equipment during off-hours.
