Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Pharmaceutical Production Technician to oversee synthesis, quality control, packaging, logistics, and regulatory compliance of radiopharmaceuticals used in diagnostic imaging and treatment.

You will maintain equipment, train on advanced systems, and ensure timely delivery while upholding GDP and safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Overnight shift typically starts between 8-10pm.

Qualifications

• College degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, medical technology, or related life science field or equivalent experience.
• Specialized skill training or certification may be required.
• Physical Demands: lift up to 100 lbs in a fast-paced lab.

Responsibilities

• Operate chemistry instruments (HPLC, GC, TLC) and advanced systems (cyclotron) for routine manufacturing and QC of radiopharmaceuticals.
• Author and maintain precise documentation for manufacturing, QC, preventive maintenance, investigations, deviations, and out-of-spec events.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of critical equipment.
• Prepare products for shipment, coordinate courier logistics, and provide customer support.
• Maintain aseptic environments (cleanroom) to create sterile consumables and prevent contamination.
• Conduct environmental monitoring on a regular basis.
• Maintain compliance with safety, sterile environment, and regulatory standards.
