Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking an X-Ray Technician for a 13-week assignment in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will perform radiographic images, prioritize patient safety, and document findings for physician review.

You must hold ARRT certification and state licensure, plus current vaccination certificates. A Driver's License/State ID and background checks are required, with PPD optional. Travel reimbursement and housing support may be offered by the agency.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated X-Ray Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality radiographic images and ensuring patient safety and comfort during procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform X-ray examinations in accordance with established protocols.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of patients during imaging.
• Maintain accurate patient records and report findings to physicians.
• Operate and maintain radiographic equipment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid ARRT certification or equivalent.
• State licensure as required.
• Current certifications for COVID-19 Vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, TB Test, Tdap, and Varicella.
• Driver's License or State ID.
• Completion of required background checks and physical health statements.
• Positive PPD with a negative chest X-ray (optional).
