Job summary

Air Combat Effectiveness Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a transporter responsible for transporting patients within the hospital and handling essential documentation and medications. Candidates must have a minimum of six months of acute hospital experience, a high school diploma, and current BLS certification. Effective communication and intermediate computer skills are also required. This role involves hourly runs and cross-training with other duties in nursing administration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) months acute hospital experience required.
• Current BLS (AHA), required or must be completed by the end of orientation.
• Medical terminology knowledge and/or recent medical/radiology office work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for bringing patients to and from the nursing unit.
• Pick up requisitions, requests, and doctor's orders from patient care units.
• Make hourly runs to designated areas on the runner schedule.
