Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience as a Radiology Technologist in a hospital or emergency room.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive care to patients under registered nurse or physician direction.
• Perform patient skill sets like taking vital signs and blood draws.
• Conduct diagnostic testing using radiologic equipment.
• Report lab and radiology results immediately.

Skills

Knowledge of anatomy and physiology

Knowledge of current trends and techniques of x-ray technology

Basic Computer knowledge

Education

Associate degree in Applied Science or equivalent

ARRT Certification
