Job summary

Regional Health Services in Cresco, IA seeks an on-call Radiologic Technologist for weekend coverage. The role requires performing radiographic procedures and assisting physicians and radiologists across modalities, including CT and Dexa, with professional judgment.

Qualified candidates will have an AMA-accredited radiography program, ARRT/ARCRT certification, Iowa state permit, and CPR/BLS certification or be within 3 months of obtaining it. Weekend on-call schedule applies.

Position Highlights

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the knowledge and capabilities to perform radiographic procedures and to assist physicians and Radiologist with image modalities listed in the Radiology Procedures Manual. Responsible in the participation of (call) support and must be able to perform general radiographic and additional modalities such as CT and Dexa, scan procedures independently while exercising professional judgment in the performance of procedures.

• This position is weekend package only: on call from5:30pm Friday to 6am Monday

Position Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Graduate of an AMA Accredited Radiography Program with ARRT or ARCRT.
• Permit to practice from the State of Iowa.
• BLS (CPR) certified or obtained within 3 months of employment.
