Job summary

Baptist Health Brookwood Hospital is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for weekend coverage. The role involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures with attention to safety and quality, ensuring accurate patient data, and delivering competent patient care during 12-hour weekend shifts.

The ideal candidate graduated from an accredited Radiologic Technology program, maintains BLS certification, and will obtain ARRT certification within 12 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Must maintain current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
• ARRT certification within twelve (12) months of hire.
• Weekend shift availability: Sat–Mon 7 am–7 pm.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic imaging and related procedures to demonstrate anatomy and physiology for interpretation and/or intervention.
• Exercises professional judgment and maintains a demeanor aligned with quality care.
• Delivers appropriate patient care while recognizing conditions and ensuring successful procedures.
• Complies with all state and federal regulations applicable to each modality.
• Assists in supervision and training of student technologists.
