Job summary

Jobot is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our dynamic imaging team in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will perform diagnostic imaging per established protocols, ensure patient safety with radiation precautions, and support portable radiography, trauma/ED imaging, and OR imaging as needed.

You will collaborate with technologists, radiologists, nurses, and providers to deliver high-quality images, maintain patient comfort, and uphold infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Radiology Technologist experience.
• Patient positioning and image acquisition skills.
• Knowledge of radiation safety and dose awareness.
• Experience with portable radiography and trauma/ED imaging support.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Experience performing quality assurance checks.
• Excellent patient communication and comfort measures.
• Infection prevention and room turnover knowledge.
• Current BLS (CPR) certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures per protocols and quality standards.
• Follow radiation safety measures and dose awareness for patient safety.
• Conduct portable radiography and provide trauma/ED imaging support.
• Assist in the operating room with imaging and collaborate with surgical team.
• Use computer systems to manage patient records and operate imaging equipment.
• Perform quality assurance checks and report malfunctions.
• Explain procedures to patients and provide comfort during imaging.
• Maintain infection prevention and proper room turnover.
• Apply BLS/CPR skills as needed.
