Job summary

Qualifications

• Must complete 1 clinical year from an accredited Radiology program.
• 6 months clinical experience in Radiology.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality radiographic examinations of chest and distal extremities.
• Explain the x-ray process to patients prior to examination.
• Position patient to achieve best examination results.
• Utilize safety techniques to minimize radiation exposure.
• Ensure proper film identification and filing of films.
• Assist in file room or reception tasks as needed.
• Complete work within acceptable time frames and adapt to age-related considerations.
