Job summary

RadNet is hiring a Radiology Technologist in California to perform radiologic and fluoroscopy exams with a focus on patient care and safety. The role requires ARRT certification, state licensure, and BLS, with preferred experience in diagnostic imaging.

You will monitor patients, respond to physician needs, safeguard patient information, and work within a team to deliver quality care in a fast-paced setting at our imaging centers.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required for radiologic technologists.
• State license in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum one year of diagnostic imaging experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality radiologic and fluoroscopy exams on incoming patients.
• Monitor patient well-being during exams and address questions about procedures.
• Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
• Safeguard patient property and health information on site and portals.
• Handle medications on site in line with policies and laws.
• Maintain professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
• Respect patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities in all interactions.
• Interact diplomatically with patients, families, and the public in a clinical setting.
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
