Job summary

Saint Luke's Health System in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Radiologic Technologist (PRN) to perform diagnostic exams and support direct patient care within radiology. Shifts include PRN Plus with requirement of at least 3 shifts in 6 weeks and 1 weekend/holiday, with call as determined by the department.

New hires must obtain Kansas LRT License within 60 days. In convenient care/imaging center or ASC settings, you may assist other modalities and use C-Arm as needed.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists).
• BLS certification through American Heart Association or Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• In Convenient Care/Imaging Center setting, may assist other modalities as assigned.

Within the organizational structure of radiology performs diagnostic exams to assist in direct patient care. Has work commitment that is at minimum 3 shifts within a 6 week period. Must work 1 weekend shift within 6 weeks, 1 minor holiday or 1 major holiday. Call requirement as determined by department.

ACH, ACRH, and SLS new hire/transfer will have 60 days from start to obtain a Kansas LRT License by the Kansas Board of Healing Arts.

In Convenient Care/Imaging Center setting, may also assist other modalities and perform other duties as assigned.

In ASC setting: Utilizes the C-Arm.
