Job summary

Providence St. Mary Medical Center is hiring a Radiology Technologist for Radiology Diagnostic. The role involves performing all phases of radiologic procedures including ER trauma, fluoroscopy, portable and surgical applications of ionizing radiation.

Qualifications

  • Completion of an accredited radiologic training program or equivalent education/experience.
  • Upon hire: Washington Radiologic Technologist.
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
  • Upon hire: National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
  • 6 months X-ray tech experience or completion of PSMMC Imaging Clinical Rotation.
  • Associate's Degree in Medical Imaging or Radiologic Science.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Medical Imaging or Radiologic Science.

Responsibilities

  • Performs all phases of radiologic procedures including Emergency Room trauma, fluoroscopy, portable and surgical application of ionizing radiation.

Under the direction of the Imaging Director or lead and medical direction of the radiologists, performs all phases of radiologic procedures including Emergency Room trauma, fluoroscopy, portable and surgical application of ionizing radiation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Coursework/Training: Completion of an accredited radiologic training program or equivalent education/experience.
  • Upon hire: Washington Radiologic Technologist.
